Xbox achievements are a fundamental Xbox characteristic and have been since their introduction on the Xbox 360. This indicated that the whole initial generation of Xbox titles was launched without them, but over time, some of the original games fortunately received updates for contemporary hardware.
Earlier this year, Xbox’s backward compatibility team hinted that achievements were on their way to “certain original XBOX games”. Then, just yesterday, indications of this began to emerge on social media as players posted images of original Xbox games appearing in the achievements section on Xbox Series consoles.
As Xbox gears up to launch achievements for original Xbox titles, we thought it prudent to compile a list of our most-desired achievements for these classics. So, here are the 10 original Xbox games we would love to see achievements for:
