If you appreciate successors to Star Fox 64, then we have an incredible game for you! After the apparently successful launch of Wild Blue Skies on Xbox earlier this year, FUR Squadron Phoenix is set to make its Xbox introduction as well.
This title first launched on Steam back in February, and it has received a “Mostly Positive” rating on that platform based on only 32 evaluations. It appears that the game hasn’t gained immense popularity on PC, so let’s hope the Xbox launch will attract a few additional purchases when it arrives for Series X and S on December 6th.
As evident, FUR Squadron Phoenix offers a roguelite campaign, and its latest 2.0 update released in August introduced a completely new story campaign with Full Range Combat missions in comparison to the original PC version.
We will definitely be monitoring this title in December – you can find more information and screenshots below.
Embark on a thrilling adventure in this on-rails space shooter. As a trainee pilot, you’ll engage in battles in unusual virtual realms. Master your vessel, enhance your abilities, and defend the federation from an impending danger. Are you prepared for the challenge?
