A fresh month has commenced, and that signifies a range of exciting new events are approaching for Pokemon Go. The mobile game is concluding its Twin Destiny season with various significant activities in February, including a Hoopa Unbound Raid Day and a Route to Unova event leading up to the Pokemon Go Tour: Unova celebration early next month.
Additionally, the game will showcase new Spotlight Hours and raid bosses this month, as well as a special Community Day featuring two Pokemon. You can find all of the notable Pokemon Go events scheduled for February below.
February Raid Schedule
Pokemon Go is revamping its raid roster once again in February.
A selection of legendary Pokemon is reappearing in 5-star raids this month, including the Hisuian legendary Enamorus and the cover monsters from Pokemon X and Y, Xerneas and Yveltal. Mega Raids, on the other hand, will present Mega Tyranitar and Mega Garchomp, while Shadow Regirock will make an appearance in specific Shadow Raids each weekend this month.

February Spotlight Hours
Pokemon Go’s weekly Spotlight Hour events continue in February with a new series of featured Pokemon and bonuses.
Every Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM local time, a specific species of Pokemon will appear more frequently in the wild, presenting an opportunity to complete your Pokedex and gather candy. Not only that, but you will also receive an additional bonus during that hour, such as double XP for evolving Pokemon.

Small But Strong
Pokemon Go is commencing February with a Small But Strong event from February 5-8.
Throughout the event, small Pokemon such as Natu, Burmy, Joltik, and Nymble will appear more frequently in the wild, and you will have your first chance to capture a shiny Nymble in the game. Additionally, you will have an increased chance of finding XXS and XXL Pokemon.
Along with the featured Pokemon, the game will provide special, event-themed Timed and Field Research tasks to complete, as well as a brand new Series Challenge. A variety of other bonuses will also be active during the event, including double XP for catching Pokemon.

Pokemon Go’sFebruary Community Day is set for February 9, featuring two highlighted Pokemon: Shelmet and Karrablast.
From 2-5 PM local time, both highlighted Pokemon will appear more frequently in the wild, increasing your chances of encountering their shiny variants.
Additionally, a variety of bonuses will be available throughout the event. Any Lure Modules or Incense you use will last for three hours instead of their usual duration, and you’ll earn triple XP and double candy for capturing Pokemon. Furthermore, trades will require 50 percent less Stardust than usual, and you can make up to 2 Special Trades for the day.
Lastly, both featured Pokemon will gain a special move if you evolve them before February 16 at 10 PM local time. A Shelmet evolved into Accelgor during this period will learn the Charged Attack Energy Ball, while a Karrablast evolved into Escavalier will learn the Charged Attack Razor Shell.
Beloved Buddies
Pokemon Go is keeping the excitement alive with a new event called Beloved Buddies, running from February 11-15. More details will be revealed as the event approaches.
Hoopa Unbound Raid Day
Pokemon Go is providing players with another chance to capture the mythical Pokemon Hoopa during a special Hoopa Unbound Raid Day on February 15.
From 2-5 PM local time, Hoopa Unbound will appear more frequently in five-star raids, giving you the chance to add this Pokemon to your collection. Additionally, the game will offer up to 5 extra free Raid Passes when you spin the Photo Disc at Gyms, and the Remote Raid Pass limit will temporarily increase to 20 for this event.
Finally, a new, paid event ticket will be available in the shop for $5. Players who purchase the ticket will receive extra bonuses during the event, including 50 percent more XP and double Stardust from Raid Battles.
Scattered To The Winds
A new event called Scattered to the Winds is scheduled for February 18-20. More information will be released later this month.
Road To Unova
Pokemon Go is preparing for its global Unova Tour next month with a Road to Unova event from February 24-March 1.
Throughout this event, various Pokemon originally from the Unova region will spawn more frequently in the wild. Additionally, several Unova legendary Pokemon like Genesect, Reshiram, and Zekrom will appear in raids during the event.
Furthermore, there will be free Timed Research tasks to complete, as well as a variety of paid tickets that provide additional benefits. Several bonuses will also be active during this event. Eggs placed in incubators will hatch at half the distance and time usually required, and the Remote Raid Pass limit will be temporarily raised to 20.
