Not the best appearance
This week has certainly been eventful for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered (formerly called the “Oblivion remake“) which has seen leaks from the developer’s website, leaving us eagerly awaiting an official announcement.
Astoundingly, Xbox Support has begun openly disclosing the release date as well! If we trust Xbox Support, the launch date for Oblivion Remastered is April 21st, 2025, but we suspect this may be an error on their part.
Due to visuals such as these, many individuals now assume that Oblivion Remastered will become available on Monday, April 21st. However, we believe this could be a case of AI misinterpreting the scenario and providing the incorrect date.
Xbox likely employs AI technology in some capacity for its Support team, and given that the prevalent rumor suggests Oblivion Remastered is set for the week of April 21st, it seems the system has mixed up details and selected that as the precise date.
Thus, if you come across the April 21st launch date for Oblivion Remastered, don’t consider it as absolute truth just yet. We still anticipate the game to launch next week, meaning only a few more days remain until its (hopefully) arrival.
Let’s join in on the excitement! Share your thoughts on when you believe the Oblivion remaster will be available in the poll above.
