As a component of the Xbox Insider initiative
Interested in engaging in some forthcoming user research opportunities with Xbox?
Well, the Xbox Insider group is actively requesting fans to fill out a Microsoft Games User Research Survey to “join a group of users interested in games user research with Microsoft”.
Details about what these research opportunities will actually involve have not been disclosed, but it seems it could imply “receiving invites and incentives (when relevant) to partake in onsite or remote research studies”.
“As we persist in searching for innovative ways for Xbox Insiders to offer feedback to Team Xbox, we are seeking users keen on future user research opportunities, in addition to what’s presently available within the Xbox Insider Program.”
As noted, you can participate by completing that Microsoft Games User Research Survey, although please remember that it’s solely available in select countries – here in the UK, we simply see a page stating “this survey is not permitted for your country.”
And while we’re discussing this, don’t overlook that the Xbox Insider Hub app serves as an access point to numerous exciting features including free playtests from time to time, making it definitely worth downloading. Regarding these user research opportunities, it will be fascinating to see what develops in the coming months and years!
