“We are genuinely apologetic for the ongoing delays.”

Update []: Regrettably, we bring you news of a third postponement for Terminator 2D: No Fate, as it has been revealed that the launch date has shifted from November 26th to December 12th, 2025.
This is necessitated by the requirement to “assemble the physical editions” of the game, which has also influenced the digital release. Here’s what the team announced in a statement:
“The physical elements for all editions have at last arrived, subsequent to the continuous delays that altered our previous timelines. However, we now need time to assemble the physical editions. Consequently, we are adjusting the release date of Terminator 2D: NO FATE to December 12, 2025, for all physical and digital versions of the game.”
“We are genuinely apologetic for the ongoing delays. We do not take your understanding lightly, and we have no wish to let our community down. Our objective has consistently been to provide the game that you merit, and we are almost there.”
It’s certainly disappointing to face another delay, but the wait isn’t excessively long – only just over a month to go!
Original Story: Reef Entertainment has declared its second postponement to Terminator 2D: No Fate; with this latest setback occurring much closer to the title’s originally-scheduled launch.
Terminator 2D: No Fate will now debut on November 26th, instead of October 31st. When we initially reported on the game in February, it was anticipated to be released in September.
The cause of these delays? Well, they are not related to the game’s quality, at least. The team indicates that these pushbacks in launch dates are “due to ongoing global trade and tariff changes that delayed shipment of the components for our Day One and Collector’s Editions”, with Reef Entertainment “devoted to launching all editions simultaneously”.
This signifies that, unfortunately, the digital versions are also undergoing these delays, as the team prefers not to differentiate launch dates between physical and digital releases. Fair enough – all editions will now ship November 26.
If you wish to explore the title further ahead of its new release date, we’ll place the team’s recent game overview trailer below.
