Talking Point: What Are Your Plans For Tokyo Game Show Next Week?

Getting up early to watch?

As we approach Tokyo Game Show 2025 next week, we’re getting pretty excited by what Xbox might show off this year. Microsoft’s presence at the event has been steadily growing in recent times, and all rumours are pointing towards the team making one of its biggest TGS reveals ever this year.

Despite this promising to be a big year for Xbox at TGS, we understand that the livestream times are kind of awkward for certain parts of the world. US West Coast folk are looking at a 3am start for the main Microsoft stream on September 25th (and Famitsu’s on the 27th), and the East Coast time of 6am isn’t much easier on the sleep schedule.

So, with that in mind, what are your plans for the event this year? Are you making a special effort in case Forza Horizon 6 gets revealed during the show? Or, is it simply too awkward for you to stay / get up and watch the broadcast at silly o’ clock in your part of the world?

Thankfully, here in the UK the livestream time of 11am is a little easier on our tired eyes, so we’ll be on-hand to tune in and cover all the big news as it happens – which means you can easily catch up with everything on Pure Xbox as you wake up! How nice of us, eh?

Tell us your plans for Tokyo Game Show 2025 down below, and for the full Xbox schedule, check out the link up above!

Ben is a News Writer at Pure Xbox, and is a fan of action, racing and straight-up shootin’ in any Xbox game he can get his hands on. When he’s not clutching an Xbox controller like his life depends on it, Ben spends his time listening to music that’s far too old for him, watching football on the telly and probably eating somewhere.
