We’re all set to unwind and enjoy some gaming!

Welcome to yet another weekend! This week has been quite hectic for us with all the Tokyo Game Show excitement, so we’re definitely eager to unwind and indulge in some Xbox over the next few days.

Here’s what we’re diving into this weekend:

Ben Kerry, Staff Writer

As mentioned in my latest Silent Hill F review, I have been immersed in Konami’s recent horror masterpiece for a while, but I’m not finished yet. I might either continue my Xbox journey or initiate a New Game+ on PS5 – I’ll see how the weekend unfolds.

In addition to that, Gears of War: Reloaded remains a staple in my gaming lineup, and all this Forza Horizon 6 chatter has me yearning for some open-world racing this weekend. An earlier Horizon title, The Crew Motorfest, or Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will likely be my selection – choices, choices, choices.

Have a wonderful weekend, PXers!

Fraser Gilbert, Editor

EA Sports FC 26 and NHL 26. Yes, I realize that may sound mundane, but I’m enjoying them for distinct factors – FC 26 for its new “authentic” career mode and NHL 26 for Ultimate Team. Neither title reinvents the wheel this year, yet they’re both commendable entries in their respective series.

After mentioning Discounty last week, I’ve been informed I must experience Moonlighter soon – and given that it’s part of Xbox Game Pass, that’s on my agenda for this weekend. I might also play a few rounds of Balatro – it’s one of the finest titles I’ve ever found through Game Pass, and I plan to purchase it permanently at some point.

Enjoy a fantastic weekend, everyone!
