“Let the good times roll!”

EA’s Skate revival has gained traction since its launch in early access as a complimentary title last month, and it is about to unveil a plethora of new content as part of “Season 1” commencing on October 7th, 2025.

You can catch a glimpse of this content in the trailer above, featuring highlights such as new skateable locations, special Halloween and Maple Harvest activities, 40 new Challenges that will cycle weekly, new brand collaborations and soundtrack updates, a battle-pass styled “Skate.Pass” and some modifications to the in-game illumination.

“Drop into skate.™ Season 1 and let the good times roll! Discover skate spots, challenge your limits, and create in this vibrant social environment that’s charged with energy. Achieve weekly Challenges and continue accumulating rewards to skate in style. Additionally, explore fresh areas to ride in evolving Community Parks. There’s also new music, more branded apparel, and the premiere skate.Pass*.”

“Seasons in skate. will broaden San Vansterdam with entirely new skateable locations, Challenges, Tasks, seasonal festivities, new brand partnerships, cosmetics, enhancements in quality of life, and more. Each season will introduce an engaging and unique theme, and we’re commencing with Season 1: Hesh & Fresh, influenced by the 90’s.”

If you’re keen on diving into the specifics of these new features, EA recently released an extensive blog titled The Grind: Vol 6 that elaborates greatly on what to anticipate.

This blog also encompasses a roadmap of content for Seasons 2, 3, and beyond, with upcoming features including new tricks, a fresh co-op mode, leaderboards, player-created parks, and various other elements.

It’s still in its early stages, but it appears that this game is going to significantly develop as the weeks and months progress!
