As you may have heard by now, DOOM: The Dark Ages is now entirely playable with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate – and has been accessible for several days as id Software rolls out its latest adventure for Game Pass users.
We’ve had a blast with this title already – in fact, we rated it an excellent continuation of id’s previous DOOM installments with an overall score of 9/10. The Dark Ages may downplay some features from 2020’s DOOM Eternal, but it’s still an exhilarating journey through a medieval underworld.
However, enough about our opinions; we’re eager to hear your thoughts on DOOM: The Dark Ages now that you’ve had the opportunity to dive in. Do you consider it the pinnacle of modern DOOM games? It certainly offers a unique experience compared to Bethesda’s leading first-person shooter studio.
The game is performing quite well on both Xbox consoles, which is something we expect from id Software. Whether you’re on Xbox Series X or Series S, you’ll enjoy playing DOOM: The Dark Ages on Xbox Game Pass!
