We are now a fortnight away from the official debut of Battlefield 6 on Xbox Series X|S. As numerous titles converge at the Tokyo Game Show this week, we’re beginning to see a wealth of single-player gameplay surface for EA’s forthcoming FPS.
A significant amount of this content features commentary layered over it, but fortunately, the team at IGN has shared some unedited gameplay from the Battlefield 6 campaign. The video in question showcases three missions from BF6’s single-player segment, and we’ve included it above for your enjoyment.
We must mention that this gameplay doesn’t reveal too many surprises, but it’s reassuring to confirm that the Battlefield 6 campaign should be worth experiencing. The franchise has a highly varied history regarding single-player adventures, but this year the campaign seems to have received considerable attention after being entirely absent from Battlefield 2042.
EA and Battlefield Studios guarantee “campaign on a global scale” this year, with the game poised to feature “an elite team of Marine Raiders, intent on halting Pax Armata in Battlefield 6’s single-player narrative.” It will launch alongside the team’s multiplayer and Portal experiences when Battlefield 6 debuts on October 10th.
