New cloud functionalities, Copilot, immersive experience & more!

The Xbox November 2025 update is currently being showcased by the team at Xbox Wire, and as seen in recent updates, it’s not particularly console-centric – the updates now cover everything.

Taking that into consideration, we have some cloud enhancements including the option to select your streaming resolution, the introduction of Copilot on mobile, the ROG Xbox Ally’s immersive experience transitioning to standard Windows 11 PCs, and additional features.

Let’s examine what Xbox is emphasizing in the November 2025 update:

Gaming Copilot Launches On Mobile

“Gaming Copilot is now accessible in the Xbox mobile application, where you can reach it directly through the Gaming Copilot tab. Whenever you need assistance, tap the “Microphone” icon to converse or input your query in the box. Gaming Copilot understands what’s occurring in your game in real-time, allowing you to inquire about anything gaming-related, from playing strategies to achievement records, and receive prompt and informative replies.”

Xbox Immersive Experience Expands To Additional Devices

“We’re thrilled to extend the full screen experience (FSE) to even more Windows devices. FSE is now broadly available on more Windows handhelds currently on the market, and Windows Insiders can sample the full screen experience on various Windows 11 PC designs.”

Choose Your Desired Xbox Cloud Gaming Resolution

“User Selected Resolution enables players to manually select their desired streaming resolution before starting a game. This has been a major player request, and we’re eager to implement it alongside support for enhanced streaming quality (up to 1440p for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers).”

Xbox Cloud Gaming Expands To Additional Regions

“Players in India can now stream and enjoy hundreds of games on the devices they already possess, whether it be on an Xbox console, PC, handheld, mobile device, or compatible TVs.

Xbox Cloud Gaming is now accessible on LG TV and Amazon Fire TV devices in Brazil and Argentina.”

“In the near future, we will be supporting the Xbox app on more Amazon Fire TV devices including: Fire TV Stick 4K Plus, Fire TV Stick 4K Select, Fire TV 4-Series TVs, Fire TV Omni QLED TVs.”

In addition to these enhancements, Xbox is also bringing attention to a few things we’ve previously mentioned here at Pure Xbox, such as the complimentary engraving with Xbox Design Lab currently available, some new SpongeBob Xbox controllers, and a new Backbone Pro – Xbox Edition mobile controller that has been launched.

As is customary, more games have been incorporated into Xbox Play Anywhere, Xbox Stream Your Own Game and Xbox Retro Classics over the preceding month as well, which are outlined on the Xbox Wire website and we will address separately too. There are also several more mouse and keyboard Xbox games that we’re routinely updating in our extensive M&K guide.

Further details on all the November 2025 update features can be found over at Xbox Wire.
