ETS2 & ATS set to prove popular on Series X|S
Back in late August, it was quietly announced that Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator were coming to Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, although no release date was provided for either at the time.
Still, both of the games now have Xbox Store pages that you can check out, and the development team has asked fans to hit the “Wishlist” button on there to support the project – which is exactly what’s happened in the past two weeks.
In fact, more than 500,000 people have wishlisted the games on Xbox and PS5 so far, and when you consider that a lot of Xbox fans don’t even know the “Wishlist” button exists, that bodes very well for these upcoming releases!
We also saw a lot of interest in our post about ETS2 and ATS in August, and noticed that both games were trending for numerous days following their announcements – another sign that they’re likely to dominate the charts at launch.
Of course, that’s not a massive surprise when you consider their success on PC. These are two of the most beloved simulators of all time, particularly in the case of ETS2 – it has 25,000 people playing it on Steam as we speak!
We’ll be back with more details on the Xbox versions of these games as soon as we can, and in the meantime, let us know down in the poll and comments below whether you’re interested in grabbing either of them for Xbox.
What did you vote in the poll? Played these before? Tell us down in the comments section.
