Here’s what the latest patch includes

Cyberpunk 2077 recently launched on a new platform as it arrived with the debut of the Nintendo Switch 2, and now CD Projekt RED has rolled out a fresh update for all platforms, including Xbox Series X|S.
Cyberpunk 2077 patch 2.31 is a smaller release compared to July’s larger version 2.3 update, yet it still brings some useful enhancements—particularly to AutoDrive and photo mode. The full patch notes from the dev team are listed below so you can review everything that’s been adjusted:

Vehicles
- AutoDrive has been refined. Upon selecting a destination, your vehicle will now navigate more fluidly, pass slower traffic, and bypass traffic lights. Free Roam has also been enhanced to better follow traffic laws and maneuver through the city.
- Fixed a bug that caused Johnny to always appear in the passenger seat when using the Delamain cab service.
- Resolved an issue where applying CrystalCoat to the Yaiba ARV-Q340 Semimaru resulted in flashing multicolored wheels.
Photo Mode
- Most of the new poses added in Update 2.3 are now gender-neutral.
- Disabled NPC collision to make it easier to position characters on top of objects like car hoods.
- Fixed a problem where certain poses didn’t function properly for Royce.
Quests & Open World
- Freedom – Corrected a journal entry that showed up when players opted not to steal the Rayfield Caliburn “Mordred.”
- Motorbreath – Addressed a bug where River’s follow-up message never arrived after the player failed to catch Semimaru.
- Motorbreath – Fixed a glitch where the Yaiba Semimaru could flip during the chase, blocking access to the vehicle.
- Motorbreath – The quest can no longer activate if River died during The Hunt.
- Motorbreath – The Yaiba ARV-Q340 Semimaru is now obtainable via AUTOFIXER even if The Hunt wasn’t completed, which usually unlocks this questline.
- Nitro (Youth Energy) – Fixed a crash that could occur under specific conditions after exiting the Yaiba showroom.
- Nitro (Youth Energy) – Resolved a UI issue where the proxy interface in the Yaiba showroom was partially hidden when “Larger HUD Elements” was enabled.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed a number of localization and lip-sync issues across multiple languages.
- Added a toggle to turn off vignette. You can find it in Settings → Graphics → Basic.
- Fixed a PC and Mac issue where Ray-Traced Reflections might not display properly under certain conditions.
- Resolved several bugs with Delamain’s text messages.
- Applied various fixes for fluff vendors.

PC-specific
- Fixed a bug where NVIDIA Reflex could be turned off while DLSS Frame Generation was active, resulting in a screen turning pink.
- Addressed a problem where Path Tracing didn’t activate correctly in specific scenarios.
Mac-specific
- Fixed an issue where selecting a graphics preset on Mac set Screen Space Reflections higher than it does on PC.
- Solved an issue causing a persistent white screen when Frame Generation was enabled during the braindance sequence in The Information.
- Choosing “Defaults” in Video Settings no longer disables HDR Mode.
- Fixed the inverted functionality of the “Mute Game in Background” toggle under Settings.
- Removed the outdated “(Requires Game Restart)” note from the tooltip of the “Disable Spatial Audio” option.
- Fixed a bug in the App Store version where the game would freeze on the “Press Space to continue” breaching screen.
- Improved overall stability and performance on Mac.
