Weekend Vibes: What Exciting Plans Are You Embracing This January 4-5?

A brand new year has commenced, and this signifies our very first weekend of it! Xbox is currently quiet (we’re excited for activities to begin again next week), but don’t forget to check out Carrion – it was added to Xbox Game Pass on Thursday!

Here’s what we’re playing this weekend:

I might need to get used to having two days of work followed by a weekend! I’m not sure what my plans are, but I know that Baldur’s Gate 3 and Judgment are currently on my mind – two amazing games that I definitely need to experience more of.

Besides that, I’m still somewhat interested in UFL, and something like NHL 25 might get a bit of my time as well, and I think I would really like to dive back into WWE 2K24 – all I ever do is play MyGM mode on there, but that’s all I need to be honest!

Is it already the weekend? With all the New Year festivities and late nights, I’ve completely lost track of time – but hey, more gaming time is always a win in my book!

Recently, I just finished Indiana Jones and the Great Circle with a shiny 1000GS completion. I truly invested hours into that story, and now I’m yearning for another grand adventure. Next on my list is Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. I’ve heard great things about its story and writing, which is precisely what I’m eager to immerse myself in.

If I find a few extra hours, I might split my time between Marvel Rivals, NBA 2K25, and Insurgency: Sandstorm. Noting that the latter is leaving Game Pass soon, it may be worth checking out while you still can.
