Following the release of WARRIORS: Abyss in February, Koei Tecmo has revealed a “March update” alongside the addition of another character to the game and significant tweaks.

One notable feature is the “performance enhancements” for the Nintendo Switch version, along with various bug fixes and numerous adjustments. Here’s the comprehensive overview shared via the Koei Tecmo social media account:

“We have plans for #WARRIORSAbyss arriving next month, which will introduce many fixes and modifications to the game! Prepare to delve back into the Inferno once more!”

It is also mentioned that “additional” bug fixes and balance modifications are on the agenda.

Warriors: Abyss – March Update

  • New character addition
  • Improved reaction for the barriers of the Stage Boss Onigashira
  • Increase in the likelihood of discovering weapons as mission rewards in treasure chests
  • Enhancements to the effects of certain Treasures
  • Modifications to specific Formations that, once unlocked in the Corridor of Bonded Souls, appear as non-exchangeable items in King’s Cauldrons. Additional changes to Formations unlocked within the Corridor of Bonded Souls now appearing as mission rewards in treasure chests.
  • Corrections for bugs affecting the impact of Player Hero Traits linked to Sima Yi’s Absorbing Weapon
  • Performance enhancements for the Nintendo Switch version
  • Numerous bug corrections and balance adjustments are also planned
