Paradox Interactive and The Chinese Room have revealed that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will now launch in October.
In a recent video update, executive producer Marco Behrmann mentioned, “Since our last communication, we’ve included more content to the game, enhanced the storyline, and developed character arcs further, adjusting Fabien’s part within the narrative.”
Behrmann also explained that while the game is complete, the development team is now focused on eliminating bugs, improving balance, and boosting performance to ensure players enjoy the most engaging and optimal experience.
Bloodlines 2 will launch in October 2025!

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has recently received a rating from the ESRB, and was originally scheduled to launch during the first half of this year. However, it has now been postponed once again. The game was initially announced in 2019 with a targeted release in 2020, marking a long six years since then.
During its development, Paradox changed the lead studio from Hardsuit Labs to The Chinese Room. Unfortunately, this transition led to the layoffs of several former employees. The game was also almost canceled.
In Vampire: Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, players will take on the role of a customizable elder vampire. Players may also form romantic relationships with human NPCs, but will still need to consume blood in order to survive.
