In Avowed, you’ll find and construct totems in various locations that grant passive advantages. In Galawain’s Tusks, you can assemble the Totem of Perseverance by locating the totem base and six items along the route of the gap. A list of the totem items can be purchased from a merchant in Solace Keep, but this list does not include map markers for the totem items. Once you have gathered the totem items, they can be assembled at a camp.
The totem items can be gathered in any order.
Totem Base
The Shrine to Galawain is located in the northeast section of Twinedwood.
The Totem Base is situated within the Shrine to Galawain in the northern part of Twinedwood. It can be found on an altar in the western area of the shrine.

Antler of the Persevering Stag
This totem piece is found beneath the western section of the Bridge to the Garden.
The Antler of the Persevering Stag is located in the southeastern area of Galawain’s Tusks, near the Bridge to the Garden. Travel to the start of the bridge, but instead of crossing it, look to the side of the bridge to find a path underneath it. The totem piece rests on a ledge just beneath the bridge.
The Antler of the Persevering Stag is situated on a ledge below the bridge.
Hunter’s Arrows of Slaying
This totem piece is located within the Sleeping Fields.
The Hunter’s Arrows of Slaying can be found in the Sleeping Fields to the west. From the Sleeping Fields fast travel point, proceed north through the two archways.
Advance toward the first arch and proceed through the second one just past it.
Continue forward and take a left under another archway. Keep going until you reach a ledge, then follow the path to your left.
After passing through this arch, continue straight until you reach a cliff, and then turn left towards the ruins.
At the end of the route, ascend into the small ruins to find the totem piece resting in an open chest.
The Hunter’s Arrows of Slaying is located inside a small round building.
Hunter’s Arrows of Survival
This totem piece is found in the Lost Village, but you must begin at the Pargrun Cache to the northwest.
The Hunter’s Arrows of Survival will be located within the Lost Village in the northern part of Galawain’s Tusks. Although it’s situated in the Lost Village, you need to start at the nearby Pargrun Cache. To reach it, approach from the south and pass through a spider cave to access the Pargrun Cache.
At the cache, turn left and follow the path towards the ruins situated behind this image.
From the cache, observe the rock formation on the left down by a river of lava. At the end, there are some small ruins where the totem piece is located.
The totem piece is found within the ruins at the end of the lava river.
Antler of the Pursued Stag
This totem piece is found north of the Pargrun Cache and requires Yatzli to access.
The Antler of the Pursued Stag lies to the north of the Pargrun Cache and may need you to bring Yatzli to reveal an illusion.
Utilize Yatzli to clear the illusion blocking the cave entrance.
Directly across from the cache is a rock that serves as the starting point to keep Yatzli activated. Once inside the cave, turn left and use fire to burn away the vines obstructing a doorway.
Utilize fire to clear the vines blocking the entrance.
The Antler is located on a table inside.
The Antler is beyond the vine-blocked door inside the cave.
Wolf’s Pelt Trophy
This totem piece is located on top of the Ash Forest Outpost.
The Wolf’s Pelt Trophy can be found at the Ash Forest area, positioned on the roof of the Ash Forest Outpost. To the left of the outpost, there are a series of ledges that you can ascend to reach the top.
Continue up the stone path shown here to access the roof.

Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking
The Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking can be found at the Mt. Forja Summit.
The Hunter’s Arrows of Seeking are located at the Mt. Forja Summit, which is accessible by passing through the Mt. Forja Mines dungeon in the western part of the area. You will likely ascend to the summit as part of the main quest, so you may choose to wait until then if you wish. Upon reaching the summit through the dungeon entrance, head directly to your right and climb to the section of the area located in the southeast. The totem piece is perched on a ledge.
This totem piece can be discovered by making a hard right as soon as you enter the summit via the dungeon.
