Who needs a Swap, right?!
Occasionally, the Xbox Store becomes a showcase for a collection of imitation titles that are clearly influenced by various games (often they’re simply straightforward ports), but we have to confess, this particular example is a genuinely amusing one.
Indeed, Mariostro Strikers: Soccer League is available for purchase on Xbox right now, and it absolutely, unequivocally does not resemble anything impressive like Mario Strikers: Battle League Football on the Switch. Got that, Nintendo?

What’s particularly surprising is that while Mariostro Strikers has gained attention in the last 24 hours (our team at Nintendo Life even discussed it), it still remains for sale as of this writing. You’d think that Microsoft would move swiftly to remove it, and it will certainly vanish soon enough, but they’re taking their sweet time about it!
Anyway, yes – this happens more often than one might expect, but Mariostro Strikers: Soccer League is likely the most amusing example we could also recall. It’s not the best sight for the Xbox Store, but at least it gave us a good laugh.
