When you think of South Park games, titles such as The Stick of Truth and The Fractured but Whole probably come to mind. So if the launch of Snow Day passed you by, don’t worry, you’re not alone.
This 3D cooperative game features the boys navigating a snow day (go figure), and it’s your mission to save the day by combating a flurry of enemies alongside Cartman, Kyle, Stan, and Kenny. Just like the South Park RPGs, you take on the role of the ‘new kid’ and can fully customize your little South Park OC to your liking.

It’s unfortunate that Sony’s remote-play device hasn’t had any Black Friday sales this year. I was hoping that at least on this particular day, we might see a small price drop on the gadget, but unfortunately, it remains at the $200 price point. (Well, just a dollar off, but still.)
While that might not seem ideal, I would still recommend picking it up this November. I just received mine this week, and it now proudly resides by my bedside next to the Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch. While I can play PS5 games remotely now on the Steam Deck, being able to utilize Sony’s haptic technology at the same time has been a delight.
Just a suggestion, before you grab one, you should have a reliable internet connection. Since we’re dealing with remote play, that is pretty much a requirement to ensure you can play without it being a pixelated disaster.

My collection of PS5 DualSense controllers is getting a bit out of control. When I first got my PS5, it came with an extra DualSense, so right from the start, I had two at my disposal. Even though I consider myself a trophy hunter, there aren’t actually too many PlayStation games I have completed to platinum. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is my favorite game of the year. I won’t go into the details, since this isn’t about me—it’s about saving you some hard-earned cash this Black Friday.
