uBroker Spa Secures 49% Ownership in Italian Indie Studio Memorable Games

uBroker Spa has obtained a 49% share in the Italian indie studio, Memorable Games.
The firm – which invested €1m in the Turin-based Memorable – stated that it aims to “transform the gaming industry while fostering environmental consciousness.”
Looking ahead, Memorable expressed its “objective is to develop increasingly ambitious endeavors that can leave a mark on the international video game industry, where Italian indie studios are striving to make their presence known.
