
The Final of Us reportedly getting mysterious new physical PS5 special version
While Neil Druckmann has previously indicated Sportive Dog won’t be referred to as The Last of Us studio indefinitely, the team appears to be making the most of the franchise by releasing various editions of both Part 1 and Part 2.
Now, just days before The Last of Us Part 2’s debut on PC, reports have emerged regarding yet another “PS5 special edition” for the series.
This information comes from the consistently reliable Billbil-kun, although they acknowledge they aren’t sure which game in the series it pertains to. “Could it be for Part 1, Part 2, or something entirely new?” they pondered.
According to Dealabs’ listing, this enigmatic special edition is scheduled for a physical release on PlayStation 5. As for pricing, Billbil-kun mentioned it might retail for €119.99 EUR or $109.99.
“Everything suggests that the announcement of this edition, along with the opening of pre-orders, is expected to occur very soon, likely within the next two months,” Billbil-kun wrote (via Google Translate).
