In a recent announcement, it was indicated that the intensely supernatural shooter, Active Matter, has exceeded the new 500,000 benchmark and attributes its “largest portion” of players to Xbox. “Active Matter has exceeded 500,000 copies sold globally across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The number incorporates sales on Steam and Gaijin.net alongside console editions of the game, with Xbox currently representing the largest portion of Active Matter users.” Half a million copies sold within less than a month is quite impressive for a new IP, especially given the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and updates to Battlefield 6 to contend with.
