
Step Up Your Style: Fortnite Introduces Crocs in the Game!
Fortnite is set to collaborate with Crocs, the quirky clog brand known for its socks-and-sandals style that has become ubiquitous on city streets.
Starting this evening, with Fortnite’s upcoming store update, you can acquire a pair of classic Crocs for 1000 V-Bucks (£7). These virtual footwear can then be utilized by most characters in the game, allowing you to personalize their appearance.
Multiple additional styles of Crocs will be available, with the option to turn off their “Jibbitz” – the playful accessories you can purchase and insert into the holes of the Crocs.
Fortnite first ventured into the sale of virtual footwear last year and has since introduced a range of Nike and Adidas sneaker styles, along with a variety of unique designs. (I personally bought the Meowscles slippers, and acknowledge I’m part of the trend.)
Wouldn’t it be amusing to see Peely the Banana sporting Crocs? Perhaps. Should you really spend £7 of your hard-earned cash on this? I’ll let you make that decision.
