Stalker 2 has certainly pleased a lot of gamers over the last couple of weeks despite its initial launch being riddled with numerous bugs. However, the developer is evidently conscious that considerable effort is still required in the upcoming weeks and months.
One prominent issue that has come to light is the noticeable absence of a functioning ‘A-Life 2.0’ system — our review noted that it was “completely nonexistent” at launch — and now, a representative from the development team has addressed this matter.
In an interview with IGN, GSC Game World CEO Ievgen Grygorovych revealed that the A-Life 2.0 is currently part of Stalker 2, but prior optimization issues prior to release caused it to become malfunctioning and perform poorly.
