Square Enix Enhances Harassment Policies to Foster a Safer Workplace for Employees
Clients who intimidate the company’s employees and associates may possibly face legal repercussions.
Square Enix has updated its customer harassment policy to safeguard its employees and affiliates.
As outlined on its website, customers who harass Square Enix employees may now face legal action as a result of their behavior.
“There are situations where some clients take actions directly or via our support centers, or towards our team leaders, staff, and partners,” the company stated.
“If Square Enix determines that an individual has acted against one of our employees or partners in a manner that exceeds socially acceptable limits or is harmful, we reserve the right to stop providing support services or to decline further assistance.”
