“Additional information will be provided shortly.”
Lara Croft makes her comeback next week in Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, and it seems a physical release may be on the way.
Nintendo Everything recently inquired with Aspyr’s Brand Manager Matthew Ray regarding the likelihood of a physical version, and it seems that an announcement will be made “soon.”
Q. Is there a physical release planned?
Aspyr: “Aspyr certainly understands that physical collectibles play a significant role in classic and nostalgic gaming. Additional information will be provided shortly…”
So nothing concrete has been declared yet, but it certainly looks similar to the Tomb Raider I-III Remastered collection – with a physical version of the trilogy anticipated to be released at a later time (and hopefully featuring some extra physical bonuses).
If you can’t wait that long, the Switch eShop version will be available for download next week on February 14, 2025. This will cost you $29.99 / £26.99 (or the equivalent in your region).
Will you be revisiting these Tomb Raider games on Switch next week? Would you be interested in a physical version? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
