In the wake of a GameStop database leak that disclosed ‘Switch 2’ accessory SKU numbers yesterday, a related situation has reportedly transpired with the French retailer ‘Fnac’.
The retailer’s websites reportedly showcase several placeholder entries for the Switch “successor”. It is suspected that these will likely represent a variety of bundles offered by the retailer. Additionally, there is at least one software item listed for the ‘Switch 2’. This appears to be a game from Take-Two:
Moreover, there are some rumors circulating that have originated from the same leak. One includes a compilation of publishers along with the number of titles they currently have planned for Nintendo’s upcoming-generation system.
And an assortment of particularly bold claims suggest they may have potentially identified some titles that could be in development – listing series such as Tekken, FIFA, and Red Dead Redemption.
It is worth noting that nothing has been officially announced or confirmed just yet. Nintendo had previously stated it would reveal the Switch “successor” within the current fiscal year (ending March 2025).
