Record: Xsolla CEO allegedly transferred over $100m between company and private accounts
Aleksandr Agapitov and Xsolla president David Stelzer inform claims despite diverse complaints
Xsolla founder Aleksandr Agapitov allegedly transferred over $100 million between 2021 and 2023 from the company to his private accounts, in step with a Bloomberg document — a claim brushed aside by Xsolla president David Stelzer.
The document analysed financial paperwork from complaints filed by six frail executives concerning claims of wrongful termination and the alleged switch of funds.
This integrated a swimsuit filed by frail VP of world accounting Emil Aliyev final November. Aliyev alleged he was once fired after discovering that $40 million had been moved from company accounts to Agapitov’s. Aliyev’s swimsuit was once brushed aside with prejudice in March 2024.
Paperwork from two diversified complaints referenced frail chief financial officer Joe Chang who claimed to be wrongfully terminated after raising “concerns over the company’s adherence to US accounting regulation in 2018.” Chang didn’t sue Xsolla personally.
