Pokémon TV: The Perfect Holiday Entertainment for All Ages
Exciting news, Pokémon enthusiasts – Pokémon TV is back!
Pokémon TV, the application and website that allow you to enjoy episodes from the long-running Pokémon anime at no cost, was removed from app stores earlier this year, but it has now made a comeback, albeit in a new location on YouTube and with a limited selection of content.
“Welcome to the official Pokémon TV YouTube channel, where you can dive into the world of Pokémon alongside Ash & Pikachu!” states the channel description. “Relive some of the most memorable moments from their journey with our complete episodes, live streams, compilations, and much more!”
Currently, there are just nine episodes from the initial season available, but the playlist itself likely contains another 16 unpublished videos, indicating that more episodes may soon follow.
The application’s removal in March was particularly disappointing since, after that, Pokémon fans had to subscribe to a streaming service to watch Ash Ketchum’s adventures and beyond.
Now, however, it appears that Pokémon has found a new platform where fans can once again enjoy Ash’s journey for free.
In related Pokémon news, Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is reported to have generated over $200m during its first month post-launch.
The mobile card game racked up $208m in gross revenue on November 29th. That’s approximately £164m for those of us in the UK.
