Initially announced during a State of Play broadcast, it has been disclosed that the concluding Where Winds Meet beta evaluation will occur this month on PS5 and PC. The final pre-launch test will occur from 24th to 31st July, and you can register for a chance to participate via the provided link.
This ultimate beta for the open-world title will feature an additional area of Kaifeng, previously unseen in earlier evaluations. Watch the new trailer above to experience Where Winds Meet in motion.
If you overlooked the initial announcement, Where Winds Meet is an exciting open-world project from the Chinese developer Everstone Studios. It marks their first collaboration with NetEase, as the RPG “invites gamers to undertake an unforgettable adventure set during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms Period of Chinese history. Taking on the role of a youthful sword master, players will uncover the enigmas of their own identity while enjoying exhilarating quests and crafting their own stories in a turbulent historical era filled with endless possibilities.”
It is set to launch for PS5 and PC this year, and the promotion as the “Final Test” indicates that the developer is poised to release within the predetermined timeframe.
