It will take some time before we witness Rayman make a comeback with a new title, but in the interim, a beautifully designed art book might satisfy fans.
The book is titled Into the Glade of Dreams: The Art & Design of Rayman, and it represents a partnership between Ubisoft, Cook and Becker, and Lost in Cult.
This hardcover edition spans over 250 pages and chronicles Rayman’s journey from initial sketches and pixel art to the vibrant, animated realms of later releases.
Inside, you’ll discover “exclusive concept art, character examinations, design papers, and stories from the creators who brought him to existence”, exploring the development of Rayman and his companions from different titles.
The book comes in two versions; the regular edition is priced at $54.95, while the $149 collector’s edition includes a slipcase designed like Rayman’s feet and a magnetic ring, multiple character magnets, and a special art print.
Both editions are up for pre-order, with the opportunity closing by Christmas 2025. The collector’s edition will solely be available for purchase during this pre-order phase.
The book is anticipated to ship in Fall 2026, so it will be a while before you have it in your possession, but it appears to be an excellent coffee table addition for fans of the Ubisoft platformer.
