Take a look at an all-new behind-the-scenes video
The forthcoming entry published by Sony is nearly here — the eagerly anticipated Chinese action epic, Lost Soul Aside.
Set to launch on 29th August 2025, a fresh entry on the PS Blog breaks down the PC and PS5 Pro configurations, alongside a behind-the-scenes clip packed with unseen footage.
As you’d anticipate from a PlayStation-branded release, Lost Soul Aside will push PS5 Pro capabilities to their limits.
On the upgraded console, expect a dynamic 4K image “bolstered by traced reflections, expanded shadow work, and improved global illumination”.
In addition, players will see “crisper textures, denser particle systems, and lightning-quick loads thanks to the console’s ultra-speed SSD”.
PS5 Pro owners will also benefit from “a smoother, rock-solid frame rate” compared to the standard model.
The Windows edition can be cranked to native 4K with full suite of ray-tracing effects. If you sign in via PSN, you’ll be able to sync Trophies from your PC copy to your console save — and vice versa.
