The idea of a Ratchet & Clank title on mobile devices instead of an extravagant Rift Apart PS5 sequel may have caused some PlayStation enthusiasts to scoff, but if you give the new installment a chance, its initial gameplay footage appears quite impressive.
Above, you’ll find 22 minutes of Ratchet & Clank: Ranger Rumble action, beginning with the tutorial section, followed by several matches that resemble Total Rumble, echoing Overwatch. Staying true to the Ratchet & Clank franchise, it presents all the eccentric weaponry you’ve come to anticipate from the primary titles, along with plenty of chaos and scraps.
There will additionally be a mode named Blast Ball, reminiscent of Rocket League, and then Bolt Rush, where you must gather the most bolts in a level. You can still pre-register to engage with the game now, as the title is already playable in select regions.
The legendary figures from the Ratchet & Clank universe return in a visually striking, fast-paced arena shooter brimming with explosive firepower and grandiose action!
Experience the wit, thrill, and vibrancy of the legendary world in a bold new real-time multiplayer style. Play as a Historic Hero from the past, now equipped with special abilities.
