Following support page introduces an unforeseen tab

Rockstar has been active with its support pages this week.
You might have previously seen our article on GTA 4, where, for a brief period, PS4 was identified as a platform for the bleak open-world journey.
Now it has come to light that there was an “online migration” tab added to Red Dead Redemption 2’s support page. While it’s subsequently removed, it has sparked speculation about an imminent PS5 version for the Western game.
Clearly, if Rockstar aims to provide some type of “online migration” feature, it suggests that players will transfer their progress from one console to another, similarly to GTA 5. However, since Red Dead Redemption 2 is only available on the PS4 at this moment, it hints that a PS5 release could be forthcoming.
Of course, it’s more probable that this was merely a mistake – although this situation isn’t an isolated occurrence.
There have been speculations for ages that Rockstar is preparing a current-gen version of Arthur Morgan’s adventure, and the game’s cast generated buzz earlier this year when it hinted at exciting news. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a reunion panel.
Lately, the developer included numerous new missions in Red Dead Online, years after announcing it would cease updates for the mode. All of these movements surrounding the game do hint that something might be in the works.
Similar to GTA 4, if the label does intend to release a re-launch this year, we would anticipate an announcement shortly.
