Guide: These 11+ New PS5, PS4 Games Are Coming Out Next Week (28th-4th May)
Forza Horizon 5! Cooking Companions! FragPunk! And more!

Once again, we are compiling all the significant new PS5 and PS4 titles launching next week.
This week is notably quieter compared to recent weeks. The standout release is undoubtedly Forza Horizon 5’s full debut. Aside from that, we recommend checking out the visual novel Cooking Companions and the highly awaited indie title Despelote.
Below is the list of all the new PS5 and PS4 games set to be released.
New PS5 and PS4 Titles Next Week (28th-4th May)

- Cooking Companions (29th April – PS5, PS4): “Amidst the Tatras Mountains, supplies are running low and water levels are rising. It’s your task to keep morale high and utilize your survival skills. Will you charm the right person? Or will you end up on the chopping board?”
- Forza Horizon 5 (29th April – PS5): “Your ultimate Horizon Adventure is here! Uncover the dynamic and ever-changing landscapes of Mexico with endless, exhilarating driving experiences in hundreds of the finest vehicles worldwide.”
- FragPunk (29th April – PS5): “Every round of FragPunk is distinct. Explore more than 100 Shard Cards featuring abilities that change every match, forging new and unique combos that open up endless possibilities! Cards can increase your jump height, switch attacker and defender roles, set your bullets ablaze, or even resurrect you and your team!”
- My Vet Practice in the Zoo (29th April – PS5): “There are numerous exciting tasks awaiting in the zoo, with several adorable inhabitants needing your assistance. From clumsy young animals to inquisitive penguins and mighty elephants – all require care! Examine the patients, diagnose their issues, and provide necessary treatments. Grab your veterinary bag and head out – they’re waiting for you!”
- SubwaySim 2 (29th April – PS5): “Discover the three most beautiful underground lines in Germany! The Berlin U1/U3 and the Hamburg U3 are ready for you. Dive into daily life in these German cities and explore iconic landmarks like Hamburg’s harbor or Berlin’s Oberbaum Bridge.”
- Blazing Trail (30th April – PS5): “Blazing Trail is an isometric pixel shooter demanding strategic thinking. Deploy machine guns, missiles, and laser upgrades to eliminate enemy units, demolish structures, destroy gates, down aircraft, and confront massive bosses across 7 extensive combat zones.”
- MotoGP 25 (30th April – PS5): “Join the official championship and step into the shoes of your favorite riders to master the most iconic bikes and tracks of the season. Experience the most realistic racing thrills ever, powered by Unreal Engine 5, MotoGP™ Stewards ensuring fair competition, and enhanced audio recorded from actual bikes.”
- Cato: Buttered Cat (1st May – PS5): “CATO: Buttered Cat is a charming puzzle platformer inspired by the buttered-cat paradox: Cats always land on their feet, and toast always lands buttered side down. By attaching buttered toast to a cat, you create a paradox resulting in an endlessly spinning, floating butter-cat perpetual motion machine!”
- Despelote (1st May – PS5): “Despelote is a soccer game focused on people. Immerse yourself in the streets and parks of Quito through the perspectives of eight-year-old Julián. Dribble, pass, and shoot your soccer ball around the city, witnessing the impact of your kick. Experience the city’s transformation as Ecuador edges closer to World Cup qualification.”
- Kiborg (1st May – PS5): “KIBORG is a relentless rogue-lite beat’em up where you enhance your body with cybernetic upgrades with each playthrough. You’ve been wrongfully imprisoned in the galaxy’s worst jail. Death won’t grant you freedom, but a violent reality show might provide a way out.”
- Peglin (1st May – PS5): “Dragons have been capturing peglins and stealing your gold for as long as you can remember. It’s time to traverse the woods, conquer the fortress, and venture into the dragon’s lair to reclaim what belongs to you and teach those dragons a lesson.”
