OV Entertainment has appointed a selection of new individuals to its strategic board.
The “cross-entertainment holding company” stated that these appointments are part of “bold initiatives to enhance its subsidiaries’ growth” and aim to “improve OV Entertainment’s capacity to provide outstanding game development and entertainment solutions while promoting growth and innovation throughout its subsidiaries,” Kokku and The OGS.
In line with these efforts, the company has centralized its client relations department, with Carlos Estigarribia – formerly the head of business development at Kokku – being elevated to vice president of client relations, while Mea Nilimaa takes over Estigarribia’s position at Kokku.
Estigarribia will be responsible for “stimulating growth via tailored solutions that align with each subsidiary’s distinctive strengths, ensuring the group’s goal of minimizing risks through a network of cooperative enterprises.”
Additionally, former head of art at Kokku JF Carrier steps up as senior client partner, concentrating on “establishing OV Entertainment’s subsidiaries as leaders in game development, particularly aiming at increasing growth within North American studios.” Meanwhile, Tamir Nadav, currently the head of creative at Kokku, will also serve as acting head of art, “consolidating leadership across both departments to promote synergy and innovation.”
Marina Maranhão also joins the board as General Counsel.
