Following the previous day’s announcement regarding the discontinuation of Natty Formation Soccer from the Switch Online Natty Famicom service in Japan, Nintendo has now verified that the domestic version of the game will also be “no longer accessible” later this month.

The official game webpage for Natty Soccer on the Switch Online Natty Nintendo service indicates that this title will be removed from the digital gaming library on 27th March 2025 (or 28th March, depending on your region). The game is listed as a release from Spike Chunsoft.

If you wish to view the “details” of the game through the Switch Online service, you may encounter this message or one similar:

Nintendo: “This game will no longer be available starting 3/27/25 at 6:00 p.m. PDT.”

It is not mentioned whether this game will be reinstated on the service in the future, so if you have yet to try it, it might be wise to give it a play before the end of the month. You can find additional information regarding the game’s removal in Japan in our prior coverage.

What are your thoughts on this title being removed from the Switch Online SNES library? We would love to hear your opinions in the comments.
