Nike’s Donkey Kong Country-Inspired Trainers At final Initiate As of late, However Be Rapid

Update[Wed twenty-sixth Mar 2025, 2pm]: If you recall last month’s update, you might remember our feature on a truly unique pair of Nike Air Max 1s inspired by Donkey Kong himself. Well, the ‘Fat Head Origins‘ design, to give it its official title, has just been released through the Nike SNKRS app.

The sneakers became available on the exclusive-launch app today at 2pm GMT / 7am PT / 10am ET and, if previous Nike releases are anything to go by, we believe they will sell out quickly.

As mentioned on the .SWOOSH website, the sneakers are priced at $160 and come in sizes 3.5-16 (US Men’s). And yes, this launch seems to be limited exclusively to customers in the US at this time, with Nike US currently not providing international shipping — perhaps the rest of us will get a chance to grab a re-release in the future.
