New Insights Reveal Upcoming Title and Free Release Date from It Takes Two Developer
Details regarding Hazelight Studios’ next game title have surfaced ahead of schedule.
According to the well-known source billbil-kun from Dealabs, it seems we might witness a release of the studio’s forthcoming title – reportedly named Wreck up Fiction – as early as March 6, 2025. The game is anticipated to be available on PC and other undetermined consoles.
Reportedly, Hazelight (most recognized for its couch co-op platformer It Takes Two) is expected to unveil a trailer for Wreck up Fiction this month, possibly during The Game Awards next week. The event is set to take place on December 12, or for those of us in the UK, at 12:30 AM on December 13.
Earlier this year, Hazelight founder Josef Fares hinted at the studio’s yet-to-be-announced game with a cryptic post on social media that teased “a BRAND NEW IP called S*** ******N”.
Currently, our own Matt Wales speculates that the game might be titled ‘Sexy Bassoon’, and to be honest, I am somewhat disappointed that this seems unlikely to be the actual title. Regardless, it won’t be long before we learn more about what Hazelight has been developing since It Takes Two.
Receiving numerous inquiries about the next game. Here’s a tease. It is a BRAND NEW IP called S*** ******N. Can’t wait to showcase it soon🔥
