We would love to explore a few adjustments

As has been the norm in recent Xbox generations, Microsoft has continued to refine the Xbox Series X|S user interface throughout the console’s life cycle so far—culminating in the current Xbox dashboard we have in 2025. The question is, are you truly satisfied with the Xbox UI at this moment?
A recent social media post from Xbox enthusiast Klobrille has sparked this discussion; Klob frequently shares intriguing little UI mockups, and has just revealed an updated version of his latest ‘Game Pass UI’ concept. We quite appreciate this—it showcases the variety of Xbox Game Pass options we currently have rather effectively.
With this in mind, would you like Xbox to further adjust its dashboard to resemble something like this? We must admit that Xbox tends to present its Game Pass offerings quite well, but we would love to see additional modifications to the main dashboard itself. The Xbox home screen still appears somewhat cluttered in our view, and we would prefer to see more screen space devoted to those awesome dynamic backgrounds.
We understand that the hot topic of advertisements often arises in these discussions, and while we may not be as strong in our opinions on them as some members of the Xbox community, we wouldn’t say no to those being toned down either. Ultimately, the Xbox dashboard should be a comfortable space to access and enjoy games at our own pace!
So, do you have any suggestions on what Xbox should change with its console UI? Share your best ideas in the comments section below.
