NASCAR Video Games Enter New Era After IP License Shift

After transferring its license to iRacing, Motorsport Games has announced that it will cease all sales of its NASCAR titles by the end of the year.

This implies that all NASCAR video games and their related downloadable content will no longer be available for purchase after December 31, 2024.

In a statement posted on X/Twitter, Motorsport confirmed the change, emphasizing that players who already own the games will still be able to enjoy them.

“To the NASCAR gaming community! From December 31, 2024, all NASCAR game titles and their DLC content will no longer be available for purchase on all digital platforms, but they will remain playable after this date,” said Motorsport Games (thanks to TSA).

“We genuinely appreciate our community for the excitement and support you’ve shown for these games over the years and hope you have enjoyed racing with us,” the developer expressed.

It was revealed that
