The self-sustaining gaming studio, established by Phil Shenk, Peter Hu, and Erich Schaefer, received backing from “a network of prominent angel investors,” including Gaingels, Cohh Carnage, and Tag Pincus. 1AM Gaming spearheaded the investment round, with participation from 1UP Ventures, The Mini Fund, Overwolf, and Versus Ventures.
