The products and services provider Room 8 Neighborhood has revealed the appointment of two new executives following changes in its technology and gaming design strategies.

Guillaume Carmona has been elevated from VP of productions to VP of game design. Carmona will concentrate on spearheading Room 8’s “creative offerings, improving production standards, and propelling [its] strategic initiatives to secure outstanding project results.”

Previously, Carmona spent 14 years at Ubisoft and served as studio director at Ubisoft Montpellier for four years.

Yann Le Tensorer has taken on the role of VP of technology, where he will focus on “enhancing production workflows, nurturing creativity, and pushing forward the company’s R&D initiatives.”

Tensorer also has nearly two decades of experience at Ubisoft in various roles and co-founded the French developer Tiwak, which was acquired by Ubisoft in 2004.

“As the industry progresses, we are reinforcing our leadership and operational frameworks to better assist our partners,” stated Room 8 CCO Julien Proux.

“With Guillaume as VP of game production and Yann as VP of technology, we are solidifying our dedication to excellence in both creative execution and technical innovation.”
