Konami Teams Up with Bloober Team for an Exciting New Project Involving a Mysterious Franchise

Konami has joined forces with Silent Hill 2 Remake developer Bloober Team for “a collaborative endeavor.”
In a statement, neither party detailed the specific aspects of the project, but affirmed it will be a game based on Konami’s intellectual property, and Konami will hold the publishing rights.
Bloober’s expertise in “horror and atmospheric storytelling” made it a suitable partner when Konami sought to “revitalize one of its most legendary franchises – Silent Hill,” with the “trust established through the success of Silent Hill 2 laying the groundwork for signing another contract for a new project.”
Bloober indicated that the agreement also aligns with its strategic plan to bolster its “development division within a first-party framework.”
