Koei Tecmo Welcomes Hisashi Koinuma as Its New CEO
Co-founder and former CEO, Yoichi Erikawa, will transition to the role of chairperson and representative director.
Hisashi Koinuma has been appointed as the new CEO of Koei Tecmo.
Koinuma will assume the responsibilities of CEO, director, and president starting April 1, 2025, advancing from his current position as COO.
Co-founder and outgoing CEO, Yoichi Erikawa, will transition to chairperson of Koei Tecmo Holdings and representative director, while the previous chairperson and representative director, Keiko Erikawa, will become director and chairman emeritus.
The organization also announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, Koei Tecmo Company Finance, focusing on its investment activities.
