“Introducing MGVC Publishing: A New Era for Mobile Game Launches”
MGVC Publishing is seeking to discover emerging projects as well as established games, with a particular interest in Asian developers aiming to expand into Western markets.
My Games has announced the launch of a new mobile publishing brand called MGVC Publishing.
This new entity is led by executive director Nikita Matsokin, who has been with My Games since 2020 after spending six years at Wargaming, most recently as the head of developer relations.
MGVC Publishing has already secured a variety of titles, including Reef Games Studio’s match-three game Fable City, Press Fire Games’ shooter War Top, and ReactGames Studio’s survival title Days After.
The team is currently on the lookout for developing projects ready for monetization testing, as well as established games that are seeking growth opportunities across the mobile spectrum, ranging from casual to hardcore. They are also particularly interested in Asian developers seeking to make inroads into Western markets.
Matsokin remarked: “The current landscape of the mobile market presents new challenges that call for innovative strategies. Sophisticated user acquisition methods require extensive expertise and careful publishing and operational enhancements that together can elevate projects to new levels.”
