Innovative Mobile Studio Studio42 Emerges from Ex-Belka Talent

Veteran Belka Games members have established a distinct mobile studio in Cyprus, Studio42.
Former Belka CEO Alexandr Boganov heads the team, joined by ex-pattern chief Ivan Larionov and Pavel Sudakov, the former leader of the R&D department, who has now taken on the roles of COO and co-founder, and producer and co-founder, respectively.
According to PocketGamer, the team’s primary focus will be on casual puzzle games, with their first project anticipated to launch “soon.”
“We long for the days of small, intimate teams – where 15 individuals collaborate closely to transform creative ideas into tangible games swiftly, without getting entangled in endless procedures,” stated the studio.
“Moreover, we aimed to develop something distinctive. On our own conditions. No limitations. We have been creating games together for years and understand that great games are not solely about techniques – they stem from the people behind them. Individually, it’s just a skill.
