In a brief statement, CEO and co-founder Charles Brungardt recognized the necessity to “accept the harsh reality” of the “condition of the industry” and to “realign to a refined strategy” “with great sadness.”
“Today, we faced the harsh truth that the climate of the industry has affected us here at IllFonic,” Brungardt stated in the announcement shared on social media.
“It is with a heavy heart that our teams had to undergo reductions today as we refocused our strategy.
“There is an abundance of talent within this organization, and if you or your team is recruiting, please get in touch so that individuals can be connected with available positions,” the statement concluded. “Thank you.”
