The fan-focused event is making a comeback to LA in June
IGN Entertainment has announced the official dates for its fan-oriented event IGN Live, scheduled for June 7-8, and ticket sales have now commenced. Last year, the event featured over 100 studio partners from the realm of gaming and entertainment, with presentations from its stages being broadcast globally through streaming.
“We’re excited to see IGN Live return this upcoming June,” stated Michael Peyton, IGN’s Senior Editorial Director, Events and Entertainment.
“Last year, we witnessed fans of various age groups convene for an enormous celebration of games, films, TV, comics, collectibles, and more, and we expect this year’s event will be even larger and more impressive. We eagerly anticipate engaging with fans in LA on June 7-8 and through IGN platforms for those who can’t attend in person.”
During its inaugural year, IGN Live hosted developers, publishers, and celebrities from the entertainment industry. Xbox’s Phil Spencer graced the stage for a live interview, the cast of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power appeared to discuss the show, and gaming studios like Blumhouse held sessions talking about forthcoming video games.
